In the grid, the importance of the transformer is self-evident, therefore, the intelligent management of transformers and maintenance of the smart grid has become a very important research topic.This paper describes the use of an integrated intelligent monitoring equipment to maintenance and management principles and methods of the transformer, the intelligent monitoring device for a variety of transformer monitoring and protection functions, such as power quality monitoring lines, reactive power compensation, leakage protection, and switch status monitoring, etc., as well as integration of the low-voltage electricity users meter reading function, the pressure data in real-time upload and coexistence of multiple communication functions.Integrated intelligent distribution transformer terminals modular design, the advantage of high integration, mutual interference small and easy to manage and maintain, and so on. Including AC power supply modules, the transformer low voltage side of the line acquisition and monitoring module, qualifying acquisition and monitoring module, leakage protection module, reactive power compensation modules, low-voltage electricity meter reading modules and user data uploaded to the master communications module, and uses the Dual CPU mode, so that a higher processing speed, better reliability.On the hardware side, the device uses a high-speed processor having Cotex-M3 core LPC1788 as the management of the entire device CPU, high-speed EMC design, while using low-end point-containing AM7 core LPC2134 as power quality monitoring CPU, with traditional large-scale DSP + ARM’s approach goes a step further, costs have been well controlled and resolved. In terms of software, integrated intelligent distribution transformer terminal integrates a number of algorithms, such as reactive power compensation of the nine district map algorithm, FFT algorithm processing power quality, while using the UCS operating system as the software architecture of the system, which makes the process faster and more reliable. Finally, this paper focuses on the design of a ATT7022 E calculation method based on harmonic and online upgrade algorithm based on IAP function. The harmonic calculation method can be 2 to 21 times harmonics and inter-harmonics data data.
