| Former researches on anti-stealing electric power were all focus on the metering device installed on the load, so the effect is not that good, especially for the 10 k V or 35 k V loads. The economic loss will be huge for the power supply company if the large customer stealing electric power. Aim at the present situation of anti-stealing electric power, this paper puts forward a new design of preventing electricity-stolen technology solutions, based on the current differential principle, and also make use of existing mature measurement, communication, programming, software technology, to make a complete set of anti-stealing electric power solutions. This solution includes three subsystems: local measurement system, wireless communication system, logic software system.The scheme is composed of a complete set of local electricity measurement equipment, a set of wireless communication transmission equipment and the logic comparison software on the database-backed of the power supply company. The design principle of the scheme is: first of all, calculate the electric energy data of the inlet-outlet line based on the deaigner metering loop; Secondly, make sure the measured electric energy data of the inlet-outlet line and the energy data on the power meter of the large customers be transmitted to the communication equipment in the electric energy device, and then the energy data will be transmitted to the database-backed of the power supply company by the communication equipment in wireless communication mode. Finnaly, the three sets of energy datas will be analyzed by the logic comparison software on the database-backed of the power supply company. Warning signal will show if data anomalies be detected by the software. Electric- theft signal will be send if electric- theft happened. The power supply company can detect the anomalies of energy data timely and find out if there is any electric –theft.This technical solution realise the real-time detection and real-time monitoring on the electric-theft of the large customers. This anti-stealing electric power system is expensive than the normal anti-stealing electric power device in the metering equipment on the load, while its real-time detection and real-time monitoring on the electric-theft make it worth to be adopted by the power supply company. |
