Energy is the foundation for human survival and development, irrational energy structure as well as the long-term sustained low energy efficiency brings many environmental and social problems. Improving energy efficiency and improve energy structure is the inevitable solution to conflicts between rapid growth in energy demand and energy shortages, energy use and environmental protection. More and more people pay attention to Distributed Generation Based on the new energy development and utilization, its development potential is immeasurable. In addition to green energy, efficiency, flexibility and other advantages, there is a series of images when Distributed Generation access to distribution network,for example,the reliability analysis of the distribution network,so the research of distributed power distribution network reliability evaluation has the practical significance.Firstly, this article studied the traditional distribution network reliability evaluation index system, mainly by the load point reliability index and the reliability of the system of evaluation index, at the same time introduces the distribution of all kinds of equipment reliability model; Introduces two main system reliability evaluation method, analytic method and simulation method, introduce the respective principle and advantages and disadvantages, so as to analyze the characteristics of the reliability evaluation methods and the applicable scope, laying a foundation for reliability evaluation for below.Secondly, the article is classify distributed generation according to its distributed generation characteristics. In this chapter studied island after failure occurs with distributed power distribution network mainly, a mathematic model of the island area divided into is built, basing on the equivalent effective load value as the objective function, and through depth-first search and breadth-first search method to reach the optimal island area.Finally, according to distributed power intermittently and Randomness characteristics, the paper proposes a new assessment model considering the DG, which can handle the influence of DG to the distribution system. The paper makes a new version of the minimal path method in the traditional assessment analysis to suit for the algorithm considering the DG. Based on IEEE- RBTS Bus6 system simulation analysis, verify the validity of the proposed algorithm and accuracy.
