With the deepening of the reform of China power enterprise reform, power generation enterprises faces the increasingly fierce competition. Because of the power reform measures such as power plants separated form electric network and bidding online and current market environment of rising coal prices, power generation enterprises are faced with the increasing pressure. In order to improve the competitiveness, power generation enterprises must make use of existing equipment resources reasonably, make the generator set run in the best condition, excavate the potential of the quality management of enterprise maintenance and improve the efficiency of the generator set. Comprehensive quality evaluation system is one of the important technology of project quality management and it is the essential means to ensure the quality of maintenance and the reliability of equipment, therefore, the quality comprehensive evaluation is used to systematic research and corresponding development of the maintenance project of generator set, which has great practical significance to improve the management level of maintenance quality in maintenance unit.This paper expounds the power plant generator set maintenance overview, type of generator set maintenance and generator set maintenance related concepts and introduces the project quality management related concepts. Then the problem and analysis of quality management of maintenance project and maintenance project are put forward. According to the characteristics of generator set A level maintenance project of Xibaipo power plant, the evaluation index system of generator set A level maintenance project of Xibaipo power plant is established by the suitable evaluation methods. The evaluation index system of generator set A level maintenance project of Xibaipo power plant includes technical factor and management factor of maintenance quality as first class indicator. The technical factor of maintenance is decomposed into electric workshop, boiler workshop, thermal control workshop and turbine workshop.The management factor of maintenance is decomposed into the completeness of maintenance equipment, technology management, quality tracking, economic effect, maintenance efficiency and safety management measures. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of # 6 generator set A level maintenance project of Xibaipo power plant. Finally, the improvement measures of generator set maintenance project of Xibaipo power plant are put forward.
