With the continuous improvement of production mechanization of foundry industry, in foundry industry to improve the production efficiency, brings considerable benefit, but also bring about many negative impacts on us. Among them, the noise pollution in the foundry has become an inevitable damage. Long work in the high-frequency, high-intensity noise, not only will affect the work and into production efficiency, but also affect our physical and mental health.Stage method for controlling noise foundry, the most effective and scientific method is the mechanical area and the operating area separated so that staff in a relatively quiet soundproof room can control the casting duction. Because of the sound insulation effect and cost of the sound insulation materials are not currently satisfactory. Therefore, this article developed a new slit type of sound-absorbing and insulation board used to build a soundproof room scene in foundry operations, thereby protecting the health of staff. The new slit-type noise sound-absorbing and insulation board developed in this paper is a combination of sound absorption by the porous structure and slit-type layered structure, the internal Unicom tortuous path, through its special structure, increase the acoustic resistance in the communication process, to extend the propagation distance, so that more of the sound energy into other forms of energy, and thus to improve the noise attenuation effect purposes. The selected material is given priority to with environmental protection, energy saving, thus achieve green and sustainable ecological concept.By foundry noise field collection and use of computer analysis, obtained foundry noise frequency range 500 ~ 2500 Hz, the maximum noise level of 128 dB. Through the computer software for slit-type noise sound-absorbing and insulation board sound field simulating, the results show that this type developed by slit-type noise sound-absorbing and insulation board does have good noise reduction effect, the major parameters affecting the noise reduction effect is the number of laminate, the slit size and material absorption coefficient.In this paper, the performance of slit-type noise sound-absorbing and insulation board were tested, the test results and the simulation results are consistent trend. Experimental results show that in 2500 Hz, layer board number is 7, maximum noise reduction 29.5 dB; When the slit size of 1 mm, 2500 Hz, maximum noise reduction 32dB;When the laminate surface with damping material 90%, 2500 Hz and layer board number is 7, maximum noise 45.5dB 。 The sound insulation performance than commercial quality quiet room noise reduction can be increased by 13.75%.
