Solar energy, as a new energy, for its characteristics of potential, sustainable, is competing to be used by every country. Therefore, its uneven distribution of large and intermittent make its utilization rate lower. The main way of using solar energy is to convert solar energy into electrical energy, but the energy storage of independent photovoltaic charging system can not match battery, which loses large amounts of electric energy. In order to let the battery approach optimum absorption power charge, designing a based on output maximum power from the photovoltaic array, which has a profound significance of improving efficiency of photovoltaic charging system.For the mismatch problems of thephotovoltaic charging system, further study of the working principle of photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic load model, photovoltaic output characteristics, photovoltaic influencing factors and battery charging and discharging model are analyzed and derived. Dialysis photovoltaic method of the status quo, this paper proposes a photovoltaic charging matching method to generate electricity. The photovoltaic charging method firstly based on MPPT control module to track on the basis of maximum power point of solar array, then the power supply matching circuit applys to the battery charged on the best state.This method can effectively improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power system and reduce the cost of solar energy utilization, which also provides a new thinking in the field of photovoltaic charging research.The paper firstly discusses the feasibility of the power match system of photovoltaic array and puts forward the specific power matching scheme with variable pressure regulating and control strategy. Then using STM8S003F3P6 as MPPT controller chip, completes the design of the power matching charging system of the photovoltaic array.Photovoltaic power matching system results shows:(1) The photovoltaic charging system can not only realize the charging efficiency in the light of the sun is adequate environment, but also in the sun light is weak, can achieve high energy collection. (2) Photovoltaic power system showing high frequency charging battery when the emotional has a certain influence on photovoltaic charging controller, considering the high frequency inductive of battery will has a better effection. (3) Pure resistive load as solar cell capacitance or inductance load and original as solar cells have obvious difference, partial capacitance resistance or partial perceptual load output power of the solar battery use efficiency will be higher. (4) In a certain power voltage (44V-52V) range, power match system of the photovoltaic can improve the utilization rate about 10%.
