| Ice storage and ground source heat pump are two technologies which improve the energy efficiency of air conditioning systems, each has its application in engineering. This thesis researches the combined use of two technologies.The studied building is an office building in Shanghai. This thesis analyze the office building model and calculate the annual hourly load using software of DeST-C. Then the system scheme and working mode of the combined system was determined and equipments were selected. Also, this thesis analyze the economic efficiency of the ground source heat pump combined with ice storage system based on the electricity price in shanghai.As a result, the combined system is energy-saving and environment-friendly, which has a wide application prospect, since it can make use of low price of electricity to supply heat in winter. A suitable control strategy based on building load characteristics can reduce the running cost effectively, the whole life cycle cost reduced by 10%,which has a huge potential for energy saving. This study can supply guidance for HVAC designer and researcher on air conditioning selection, which is important for energy saving. |
