In recent years, global warming, rising oil crisis, is damage to the worlds’economic, social and environmental sustainable development. So the development of electric vehicles becomes a hot trend recently, and electric vehicles in environmental protection and energy saving advantages make it become the focus of widespread concern. And on the other hand, the electric car because when connected to the electricity grid showed strong randomness and intermittent, stability and security of the power grid operation has brought the huge challenge. At present most scholars mainly focus on electric vehicle technical problems, and the lack of research on the administration of charging and discharging. Reasonable charge and discharge management strategy is links between electric power and electric car users, related to the realization of the interests of the two sides, so highlight the important role in the management of electric vehicles, is the current urgently need to study and solve problems. In view of this, this article from the use of operations research, economics, and the power of the related theory, the electric vehicle charging and discharging process of electricity as a special commodity, from the perspective of demand side management, analysis of the electric car charge and discharge behavior and the relationship between the power system, and discusses realization of coordinated operation between them, so as to improve the utilization efficiency of electric energy in the electric car operation.The main content of this paper includes the following several aspects:(1) from the perspective of recharging infrastructure investment, analysis of the electric vehicle charging point price decision problem. Considering the construction of the charging station operation variable cost and fixed cost of two factors, and to consider the influence of some other variable costs, using the theory of demand side management and operational research of the dynamic optimization model is constructed considering station optimal distribution and tariff model, design the related algorithm to solve, and a numerical example analysis and simulation was carried out. (2) Considering the V2G environment electric car reverse power to make decisions. On the demand side management theory, constructed based on the electric car users and power company profit maximization decision-making model, and using the method of game theory to solve and determine the electric car users of electricity and the optimal power company deposited feed-in tariff policy. (3) Of the electric vehicle charging and discharging electricity price between coordination problems are discussed, based on reverse supply is the electric vehicle charging and discharging of pricing strategy, and studied the electric car users and coordination problems between electric power company’s interests. The project research for considering coordination relationship between charge and discharge electricity price under the charge and discharge set provides a train of thought.
