In recent years, be accompanied by the grid system reformation, more and more attention are paid to UHV construction. To standardize the transmission line run, the accident investigation rules of State Grid Corporation of 2012 provides four safety accident types, eight grade grid accidents, of which five to eight are related power grid accidents. All these request us to conduct a comprehensive security risk transmission line analysis to minimize the number of transmission line failures and trips.This paper presents a model based on transmission line condition maintenance safety risk analysis. Firstly, on the analysis of the basic information, fault information, test data, and other environmental information, five parts correspond to state amount are divided of the overhead transmission lines,and the state of the process based on overhead power transmission line maintenance security risk analysis model evaluation are established at the same time. Secondly, establish the transmission line safety risk analysis model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP constructed of the State Grid Corporation condition-based maintenance evaluation system combines. At the same time, analyze and adjust the calculation results which consist of the electrical function, poor record operating conditions, inspection and maintenance records, and the preventive maintenance record. Finally, combine the management characteristics of Langfang electric company present "four system", namely optimizing personnel management; strengthen supervision of state inspections, electrical facilities of territorial management, optimization of transmission emergency.This safety risk analysis model can help analysis the key safety risk factor.The present of this model is a exploration and innovation, which play important role in transmit electricity line condition maintenance.This paper presents a new evaluation method and manage model, which in favor of strengthen the safety risk analysis, improve the mechanism level and decreased the safety risk.
