With the continuous development of world economy, and the increasing use of energy, the utilization of energy is put forward the higher requirements. Boiler is an important thermal power equipment, so the quality control of the boiler system directly affects their operational efficiency. And if the efficiency of boiler is lower, it will cause energy wasted and environmental pollutded.In order to save energy and improve the boilers’ utilization, form of resource allocation mode combining, seeking a kind of efficient coal combustion technology is becoming an urgent demand for the industrialized world.This paper studies the circulating fluidized bed boiler (Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler). The CFB has many advantages, such as low pollution, fuel wide adaptability, high load regulation, excellent performance. So electric power industry is applied more widely in our country at present. However, the boiler combustion control system is a multi-variable, nonlinear, time-varying, big lag of complex control object, so its work principle is relatively complex. Also because the unit is running rarely, less operational experience and inadequate design resources, conventional automatic control methods cannot achieve the desired control effect. And there are many problems when using computers to establish a mathematical model of a circulating fluidized bed boiler,and simulate it. So an urgent requirement and strong demand is needed for a smart way to achieve intelligent control of the circulating fluidized bed boiler.The purpose of this paper is analyzing the scene of accident working conditions. And the paper combines with the structure of 330MW circulating fluidized bed boiler and combustion characteristics, and focuses on the combustion control system of circulating fluidized bed boiler. Furthermore, because of the coal on-line correction into the combustion control which the paper has introduced, combustion control logic has been more perfected, the rate of AGC response also has been improved effectively. In summary the contents of this paper has certain application and popularization value for the China’s power industry.
