Taking a mist eliminator cleaning centrifugal pump of desulfurization system of power plant for example, then making measurements and getting measurement data, according to the pump design manual mapping software with AutoCAD drawing impeller isometric drawings and wood mold map, building the impeller body in three dimensions mode, using Boolean operators to obtain a three-dimensional model of the impeller, and then design a matching trapezoidal volute flow channel model, and both were coupled centrifugal pumps to get the full three-dimensional flow channel.After using of centrifugal Gambit to complete flow line meshing, through numerical simulation software Fluent, using SIMPLE algorithm and standard k-ε model for three-dimensional steady-state flow field of centrifugal unsteady calculations, the internal flow field of centrifugal pump under different conditions were compared, and according to the simulation results to plot out the pump performance curve and field operation and do comparison with operating values. Using the impeller outlet pressure variation to calculate radial centrifugal force and flow.By means of finite element software ANSYS Workbench,using modal analysis and harmonic response analysis on centrifugal impeller rotor. Among them, the use of modal analysis of the impeller rotor system has been set up materials and boundary conditions, and calculated the natural frequency of the first eight-order structure and mode shapes, analyzes its vibration properties. The harmonic response analysis using modal superposition method further analysis based on modal analysis, by loading radial force loading conditions were calculated, using a certain point and the overall structure two methods to analyze impeller rotor, obtained impeller rotor vibration characteristics under different conditions, different frequencies.
