With the use of a new sensitive load increasing, voltage sag has become the power quality problems caused by the loss of the main industry. Although the critical loads in the power system are fitted with uninterruptible power supply (UPS), but impact on power system caused by voltage sags can not be avoided completely, making more and more users are affected by voltage sags. Therefore there is a need to strengthen in-depth study of the dynamic voltage recovery for voltage sag disturbance compensation means so while ensuring continuous and reliable power supply to ensure good power quality.By studying the causes of voltage sags and governance measures selected to control the voltage sags more economical and effective dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) as the research object. Through the research on the working principle of DVR and the research situation at home and abroad, puts forward the research thinking. Based On the single-phase inverter circuit of TI, set up for the single-phase DVR. Then, set up in MATLAB with the corresponding hardware circuit simulation models for functional verification, and puts forward the development model of Simulink integrated control system based on DSP. it can automatically generate DSP code from Simulink model building, can effectively improve the research and development efficiency of the DVR.Based on the voltage sag detection method research and MATLAB simulation comparison, choose good detection effect, short delay instantaneous dq transform detection method as the detection unit of DVR. And on the basis of introducing the phase-locked loop technology to the instantaneous reactive power theory, in order to improve the accuracy of DVR compensation.According to the research on voltage sag of various compensation strategies, adopt a dual-loop compound control of in-phase voltage compensation, to achieve voltage sag more quickly and accurately tracking compensation for the load to provide a stable output voltage.This paper briefly introduces three kinds of automatic generation method of MATLAB based on DSP code, and the DVR control system, puts forward a kind of improved DSP code development mode based on Simulink, the method of DVR detection, compensation and control used in this paper to build DSP F28035 chip Simulink control simulation model based on Embedded, and through the IDE Link function of the realization of automatic generating, compiling and linking of DSP code, for the DVR control system.Finally, the single-phase inverter system for TI company to build the DVR experimental device based on hardware, and the generated DVR control code download to the DSP control card, used to control the compensation voltage output. By comparing the experimental waveform and waveform simulation, to verify the design and code generation based on Simulink integrated DSP, to provide a larger reference value for accelerating DVR development efficiency.
