Boiler combustion optimization techniques is one of the most effective and economical method to achieve low emissions and high efficiency combustion technology. In recent years, increasing demand for large-scale utility boiler, coal emissions of pollutants are also increasing, so the power plant boiler combustion optimization becomes an important research subject. In this paper, the nonlinear modeling and combustion optimization control algorithm of power station boiler combustion process based on the fuzzy tree structure is proposed.Owing to the large structure of boiler equipment, complex operating conditions and more deterioration of fuel properties and other factors, establishing a function model of power plant boiler emission characteristics has great difficulty. Paper tightly around the power plant boiler combustion optimization based on actual operating data to establish boiler combustion system model. First to tree structure of the fuzzy theory is applied to the modeling of power station boiler. Fuzzy tree model can be a very good approximation with highly nonlinear complex system, which simulate for complex problem to some extent hierarchica land simplified decision-making process of thought. Applying ATSFIS, the input space adaptively is divided to establish the boiler combustion model, realize NOx emission and predict boiler efficiency.For the current large-scale utility boilers,this paper developes a modeling software and a set of optimal operation software on the basis of the genetic algorithm, so the boiler efficiency andNOx combustion both increase.In order to obtain the best value of the combustion parameters under different types,the software optimizates combustion conditions optimization and guide the field operation staff or input DCS to participate in the closed loop control. Finally, the paper designes and developes control system platform of combustion optimization, and the modules and their functions structure are introduced in detai which will have a good base for implement low NOx combustion and efficient online control; and OPC specification completes the software platform of combustion optimization by using the data communication between program modules,which is in order to achieve optimization platform of undisturbed switching process tracking.It was proposed to ensure the reliability of the platform.
