In ICRF experiments,the double-stub matching system enables the antenna to get the maximum transmiit power.Traditional matching system mainly include deployment of slow, matching narrow range, such as faults, To this end, we consider the design of a new matching system-double stub ferrite matching system. The ferrite tuner is one of the key devices of the double stub matching system, while its differential electrical length specification has a great impact on the performance of the matching system. At the same time, because of ferrite section work peak power of 1.5 MW, Therefore, we must be studied electrical length and power issues of ferrite matching stub.The main work of the ferrite matching stub is:1、depending on the application conditions of the project and specific indicators, analysis of progress of ferrite stub structure, proposed a new type of ferrite matching stub of stripline structures, Program include ferrite RF circuit design and the external magnetic circuit design; 2、 analysis ferrite material saturation magnetization, bias magnetic field, stub length and frequency of the impact in the differential electrical length, using Ansoft HFSS software analytical and simulation optimization approach, in the range of 25-70MHz, the differential electrical length can realize the changes of 60cm at least and determine the applied bias magnetic field range; 3、using theoretical analysis and Ansoft Maxwell simulation software, in the form of a symmetrical coil is energized, resulting in a uniform magnetic field strength; 4、calculate the maximum matching stubs power capacity, simulation analysis stripline matching stub field. In conclusion, stub can withstand peak power 1.5MW.The results show that:in a wide frequency range, it is difficult to achieve in the whole frequency range to achieve the requirements of the differential electrical length 60cm. at 25~50 MHz fully meet the requirements, but is difficult to achieve at high frequencies. High power problem verify through software simulation. Conclusions provide noble experiment data and design experience.
