Wireless power transmission technology is a bran-new power supply method. And resonant wireless power transmission has become the hotspot in both scientific and industrial fields for its advantages of long transmission distance, low power losses, and strong penetrability.The paper firstly analyzed four structures of resonant wireless power transmission, then illustrated the operating principle and influence factors of the series-series resonant wireless power transmission system by theoretical calculation and simulating plots, and in the meantime analyzed the calculation method of coils’ self and mutual inductance.As to the problem that diode rectifier has mutable output voltage when coils’ relative position or load changes, a resonant wireless power transmission system based on pulse width modulation(PWM) rectification is proposed, which can absorb capacitive reactive power and transfer active power to the DC load, and accordingly the system can achieve resonance and stable DC output voltage. The paper here designed the dual-loop control strategy including outer voltage loop and inner current loop, derived the theoretical formulas of the proposed PWM resonant wireless power transmission system, and demonstrated the selection principles of system parameters. With the above analysis, simulation is made by software MATLAB/Simulink, while the experiment platform based on STM32F103C8T6 was built correspondingly, with which the experiments of the received power that may be influenced by frequency, transmission distance, and source voltage were completed. The experimental results showed the validity and correctness of the proposed resonant wireless power transmission system based on PWM rectification.
