Research On Reamime Processing Expert System Of In Telligental Arm Information Based On OPEN-3000

OPEN-3000, new generation of EMS systems, which is developed by NARI. It is widely suitable for the field of power system dispatch and control as it outstanding performance in system stability. However, with the theoretical and technology leap of Smart Grid, AI, Intelligent Protection Device, etc,mode of power system monitor has shift from "Substation Centralized Monitoring" to "Control Integration". OPEN-3000 system, currently working for Ganzhou State Power Company, has been struggling to cope with the new requirements under the Smart Grid architecture. In this paper, a novel Expert System(ES) of Real-time intelligent alarm processing is presented and the theoretical fundamentals of the design are explained, in order to improve the existing EMS system and services for intelligent dispatching by provide the rich data.Real-time intelligent alarm processing expert system is a function application based on an open platform of OPEN-3000 system. Benefit from the pretreatment of alarm information from Sub-station to Host-station, the alarm monitoring workload is reduce effectively, meanwhile, the difficulty of accident analysis got Simplified also. In this paper, according to improve the information-processing capacity of the existing OPEN-3000 system, basic model and theoretical fundamentals are explained. Including SOE interception, knowledge description based on generative model, parallel computing confidence level among fuzzy reasoning, construction of knowledgebase outline, etc.
