Ji’an Tianhe power station has emited 160,000 t furnace bottom slag and 80,000 t wet fly ash each year, about 30,000 t manganese slag has been emited by JiangXi Zhengheng industrial company per year. All of these slags can not be rationally used, that brings companies the heavy encumbrance and pollutes to the local environment dramatically. This thesis assumes research on the physical and chemical properties, gelation properties of these three kinds of slags and theirs utilization as concrete composite admixture. Beside that, the activation methods for slag and its’ effect on the gelling properties of composite admixture were also discussed.The study on furnace bottom slag and wet fly ash shows that their chemical components are similar as normal fly ash, they all include a certain amount of vitreous and their pozzolanic activity are qualified; They have high activity when they are used as admixtures of cement, and the 28 d compressive strength ratio is over 80% when its dosage less than or equal to 30%, but they will significantly increased the water requirement of normal consistency of the cement; When they are used as concrete admixtures, the wet fly ash and bottom ash(2:1)mixture added with 5% quartz powder can meet grade-Ⅱof Fly ash used for cement and concrete( GB/T 1596-2005), its technical indicators are as follows: fineness 45μm sieve residue is 16.0%, loss on ignition is 2.57%, water demand ratio is 105.0%, the strength activity index is 80.0%.The study on the manganese slag shows that its vitreous content is over 90%, its pozzolanic activity is lower than blast furnace slag; physical excitation way has a good effect on the active excitation of manganese slag,in the early phase plaster and lime in the chemical excitation agent can deeply inspires the activity of manganese, but in the late phase it will get adverse effect; when manganese slag has been used as raw material to produce slag powder according to the standard GB/T 18046-2008, the manganese slag, which has been milled to a specific surface area of 308 m2/kg, can meet garde-S75 slag powder product; while been milled to a specific surface area of 460m2/kg, it can meet garde-S95 slag powder products.When adding the grade-Ⅱcompound fly ash, which has been prepared by wet fly ash and furnace bottom slag, or the grade-S95 manganese slag, which is produced by manganese slag to the concrete, they all can improve the workability, shrinkage performance and resistance to chloride ion penetration performance of the concrete; its various technical indicators meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and its quality is much better than that of similar commercial products.
