| ShengZhou, a county-level city of Zhejiang Province, is the production base of small-power motor in china. The motor industry is one of the pillar industries of ShengZhou. In view of the low value-added products, enterprises attach great importance to the manufacturing but despise designs and lack of professional technology personnel, the motor industry is faced with great pressure of transformation and up grading in ShengZhou. The thesis comes from the National Science and Technology Support Program, "the Comprehensive Application Demonstration of Manufacturing Informatization on the Support pillar Industry in Zhejiang Province". The paper took the small-power motor as the research object, and researched and developed the specialized design system for performance of single-phase asynchronous motor, for purpose of helping medium and small sized motor enterprises to improve the capacity of motor design.Firstly, on the basis of briefly reviewing the present condition of the motor CAD technology and system, and the electromagnetic design calculation, the paper analyzed the motor design engineering and relevant knowledge areas, then put forward the demand of the specialized design system of motor, and designed the architecture of the specialized design system of motor, besides, studied the detailed scheme on the performance design. Secondly, on the basis of the electric machine design manual, the paper studied the technology on the performance-oriented design system, and put forward the method to build and analyze the relational model of motor design parameters and performance parameters and the relevant graph processing technology which used for the calculation of the motor performance design. Finally, the paper introduced the performance-oriented design system of motor which designed and developed by the author, and described the implementation details and results of the key functions of system. |
