Hydraulic valve is the key component in the hydraulic control system, due to the advantages of good guidance quality, no impact valve port and easy to install, spool-type structure has been widely used in hydraulic field. Energy saving and environmental protection are the themes of our era, but the leakage of tolerance clearance of spool valve has always existed, excessive leakage not only causes energy loss, but also has a big influence on motion characteristic of actuator. This thesis focused on the leakage model of valve-body and valve-core, CFX approaches were applied to do the mathematical simulation and had a checking on derivation formulas of clearance leakage without consideration of deformation, and with consideration of deformation under the Two-way Fluid-Structure Interaction(FSI) strategy, comparison and analysis between theory calculate value and simulation result had been done, provided a theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic components and structural improvements.Overall, this paper is mainly about the following aspects:1. Introduced the research background and meaning, analyzed the overseas and domestic research status of clearance flow pattern and leakage calculation, aimed at the deficiency of present research, put forward the research content and research scheme.2. Based on the elastic-plastic theory, put forward deformation calculation method of valve-body and valve-core, as well as formula for clearance leakage, provided fundamental basis for simulation research. On the basis of calculation method of clearance leakage between parallel plates, deduced the formula of annular clearance leakage without consideration of deformation. Put forward the deformation calculation method and formula for clearance leakage after clearance deformation caused by the hydraulic pressure.3. Built ANSYS Workbench platform for numerical simulation, illustrated the process and method of simulation research. Introduced the fundamental equation of Computational Fluid Dynamics and Computational Solid Mechanics, described the theory and implementation of Two-way Fluid-Structure Interaction, established the platform for analyzing of Two-way FSI and separate flow field, and built the simulation model of basic structural parameters.4. Comparison and research between CFD numerical calculation without consideration of deformation and Two-way FSI numerical calculation with consideration of deformation, analyzed the pressure distribution, deformation and leakage loss of clearance flow fluid. For different factors, numerical simulation value and theoretical calculating value were compared, verified the applicability of theoretical formula.5. Summarized the main research work, made a thinking and outlook for subsequent development.
