With the improvement of living in China, the popularity of air conditionin g is proceeding at an accelerating rate,so the air condition-ing has become the major electrical appliance which consume the most power. However, heating eff iciency of air conditioning is often restricted by the environment factors, which will lead to operating in an inefficiency and wasting the energy. So, One of t he current research topics is making the air conditioning operate steadily at the low temperature and get the higher COP.In this article, the author introduced the solar energy into heating transfer of the evaporators, which will constitute a Direct Expansion Solar Assisted Heat Pump with a new-type condenser. In order to use the solar energy directly, the author designed and manufactured two pieces of evaporators which are covered by coating, and two pieces of evaporators with nothing which is used to contrasting. The evaporators used by this system can absorb solar energy which will improve the evaporators’ heating at low temperature, and improve the heating COP of the DX-SAHP. In order to study the heating performance and the evaporators’ heating transfer performance, the author experiment in the Enthalpy Lab which is equipped with the Solar Simulator in this paper. Through the experiment which worked under different conditions, we acquired and analyze the results.This thesis has mainly completed the following researching tasks:(1) Designed and manufacturered the two kinds of evaporators, then to build the components models of the heat pump.Bases on the original air conditioning parameters, the author designed and manufacturered the two kinds of evaporators. Besides, calculating the refrigerant volume which is needed by the system. In order to ensure the coating evaporator area, the article used a single row tube evaporator.refer to the original heat pump to calculate its size and structure, after verifying that the heat transfer coefficient of the evaporator with coating can meet the test requirements, this article use the evaporator which its pitch is2mm for the experiment。In addition, in order to understand the theory of the heat pump system better, this article built the theory models for the components befor experiment.(2) Designing and building test platform, and researching the heating performance of the heat pump and the heat transfer performance of the evaporators which worked under different conditions.This article built the test platform in the enthalpy difference laboratory equipped with solar simulator。The test platform had two modes of operation:conventional heat pump operating mode and solar heat pump operating mode.In this experiment, testing the heat pump worked with two different models under low temperature and high humidity conditions, and analyzing the results。...
