Coal-resources plays an important role on the development of nationaleconomy, but the coal mining has led to a large number of undergroundmined-out area. With the rapid development of society and national economyand the increasing quantity demand for coal resources,"three under" miningactivities gradually warmed up. Whereas the mining area surface buildingconstruction could not resist to be deformation in the past, coal mining willmake the surface structures more likely affected by mining subsidence, whichbrings a serious threat to people’s lives and property safety. In addition, with thespeeding up of the construction of small towns in our country, the constructionof infrastructure across the whole country has leaded to a serious shortage ofland for construction, which makes some industrial buildings had to be builtabove the abandoned mining area and makes some old goaf active, and cause thesurface movement and deformation, affect the design of the construction of newbuildings and so on. In order to reduce the mining subsidence damage andeffectively save the building above the mined-out area. The prediction aboutthe above goaf structures affected by mining subsidence is necessary. Only todetermine the goaf structures influenced by the deformation due to miningsubsidence, can the structure be designed economically and effectively. So as toreduce the damage caused by mining and reinforce the protection for the objecteffectively.This paper uses the probability integral method and the finite elementnumerical simulation method to predict the condition of the surface subsidenceand contrastive analysis to the actual. Selecting of mining subsidence calculation method suitable for a coal mine in jiangxi. At last the results of the buildingstructures above mined-out area affected by mining subsidence is analyzed byusing this methodBy the calculation of the critical value of the the surface watersystem, railway, building subsidence deformation affects and combining withthe prediction results obtained by probability integral method. We get the resultbelow: Mining subsidence in the district has no impact of surface water system,railway, but not for the surface buildings. On the basis of《The regulations ofbuilding, water, railway and main shaft and this coal pillar and press coalmining》 of masonry structure buildings affected by mining damage hierarchy,So that putting forward the corresponding control measures suggested forbuilding damage compensation in coal mines, building reinforcementanti-deformation and design of construction of new buildings.
