| With the global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems increasingly serious, vigorously develop new type of renewable energy has been imminent. As energy storage equipment in the new energy system, the battery has got extensive use in industry and people’s life. The effect of the inconsistency, charge and discharge systems, working environment of the battery makes the battery life in actual use less than the design requirements. These factors are closely related to the battery state of charge (SOC) estimation, how to accurately estimate remaining power of the battery is very important in the battery application. This Paper comparative analysis for the battery SOC estimation methods and develop an online estimation method of battery remaining power.This paper introduces the use of battery types, their internal structure and working principle in different periods, analyzes the main factors which affect the performance of the battery, then through experiments studies the battery’s basic characteristics, such as voltage, internal resistance and capacity, In practice for estimating SOC of the battery to take into account the influence of battery state of health, with the increase of cycles the battery health status is analyzed, and further study of the influence factors of battery state of health. This paper studies the use of lithium iron phosphate batteries, design the charging and discharging experiments, based on ampere-hour integral method of the on-line self-tuning battery remaining power estimation method is proposed.According to the battery remaining power online estimation method, we design battery parameters acquisition experiments and do the experiments. Through the experimental analysis of the battery, we based on the experimental data, under certain conditions to validate the method. The experimental results show that the method can well forecast the battery remaining power, reduce the error, and suitable for engineering application, convenient calculation. |
