In modern AC servo system, permanent magnet synchronous motor has many excellent features such as simple structure, high power density and friendly maintenance. Due to these advantages, PMSM has gained widespread acceptance.Based on analyzing the mathematical model of PMSM, the paper will show the significance of the topic, give an overall description of the permanent synchronous motor speed control system. In view of the actual speed control system, speed cotrol performance will be worse with different applications, inertia change and variation, the traditional solution, artificial setting has a great limitation. This paper presents a self-tuning scheme, in the complex situation, the automatic adjustment of the corresponding parameters to guarantee the performance of the system, so as to achieve the process for self tuning based on the identification and analysis results. The experimental results show that the self-tuning scheme can not only ensure the control performance of AC servo system, eliminating the human cost, but also enhance the AC servo system on the condition changes of the intelligence and adaptability.Permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system mostly adopts PI control in current loop and speed loop in practical application. However, PMSM system is a nonlinear system, it is difficult to achieve a satisfactory performance. Hence, nonlinear control methods become natural improved solutions for PMSM system. According to the recent research on ADRC technology, the paper put forward acorresponding improvement scheme:Using the least square method to identify the parameters of the current loop, based on the least square algorithm results of inner loop is current loop for precise decoupling, decoupling of thesystem model using ADRC, simulation results verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.
