With the developing of economy and the rising of people’s living standards, our requirement of the living environment has become increasingly higher, which has contributed to the fast development of hotel industry, especially the luxury hotel industry. Representing the personality and status of clients and having complete facilities, fine environment and more perfect functions, luxury hotels have been selected by more and more people as their willing sites to treat guests, hold conferences and spend holidays.Influenced by traditional culture and viewpoints of aesthetics, inevitably there exists some limitations in traditional elements. People have gradually paid more attention to the combination of practicability and culture, and there appeared some collision and conflicts between the traditional forms and modern fashion. Practically, it is not advised to singly imitate the traditional elements and forms, instead it is needed to simplify, deform and reconstruct the extracted traditional elements to make them more modernized, more refined and more convenient for using. In modern people’s insight, one should abstractly generalize them into modern design languages in the aim of using the precious traditional elements of the past for today. By bringing forth the new through the old and with continuous explorations, the modern indoor space with Chinese elegance can be thus worked out.The design style of the hotel is based on Chinese traditional culture, taking colors, art, formation and materials from traditional decoration as the factors. With the combination of oriental Zen aesthetics and by regrouping the Chinese traditional decorating factors, integrating into the luxury, environmental-friendliness and health maintenance of modern hotels, the beauty of purified intention gets made and the concept of respectability and privateness gets formed in all space.
