With the full implementation of the State Grid Corporation of smart grid plans, online monitoring technology become more important in the field of power system secondary position, which lays the foundation for the integrated automation of transmission line. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth study. Based on the on-line monitoring system of transmission line, this paper discusses further in on-line detection technology of transmission line MOA. This technology constructs on-line monitoring system of transmission line by utilizing electronic technology, microprocessor technology, sensor technology, communications technology, signal processing technology and computer technology and achieves real-time online monitoring of MOA to lay a solid foundation for intelligent transmission line construction and renovation. According to the status of on-line monitoring technology, this paper conducts a overall design on MOA-line monitoring system of transmission lines.First of all, this paper has analyzed and summarized the research background and meaning, the status quo of MOA-line monitoring system of transmission lines, the status of electric field sensor technology and communication transmission. In this paper, monitoring method(the harmonic method with double digit "AT" method)is selected based on online monitoring principles and online monitoring method. In addition, this paper has also summarized the negative factors in MOA-line monitoring of transmission lines, and has introduced transmission lines MOA condition monitoring and fault diagnosis algorithm for data processing algorithms.Secondly, based on the transmission line intelligent architecture, I have designed the transmission line MOA-line monitoring system which has three-layer structure(device layer and access layer, the master layer) and elaborated the correspondent devices of three-layer structure. Specifically speaking, this paper describes the online monitoring terminal(CMD) device layers from the hardware and software. In terms of hardware, this technology designs minutely in power, signal processing, communications by using current sensor signal acquisition MOA total leakage current, electric field sensor voltage signal acquisition, CPU using DSP+ CPLD dual-processor architecture. In terms of software, this technology designs the DSP logic control, A/D sampling, FFT algorithms, data coding and communication programming and designs frequency measurement CPLD logic module, lightning counter logic modules, SPI communication logic module.Finally, the selected article is designed to test the program for monitoring motherboards tested for accuracy, the monitoring terminal overall test, passing the test data to verify the monitoring board to reach the national grid company standard MOA line monitoring technology indicators, monitoring terminal can be completed its basic function. In summary, this paper studies further in on-line monitoring of transmission lines MOA key technologies, explores new technology, offers the possibility of technological change, and applies it to practical designs, making the existing MOA-line monitoring techniques to compensate for shortcomings, Transmission lines also provide the basis for the realization of intelligent protection.
