In order to improve the thermal economics of conventional coal-fired thermal power plants and reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution caused by the burning of fossil fuels,introducing solar collector field to heating coal-fired unit feed water. The solar aided coal-fired power generation mode, not only can improve the thermodynamic properties of pure coal-fired units, but also reduce the simple solar thermal power generation cost of investment and the dependence of climate.In this paper, solar energy and coal-fired combined power generation mode has been studied. First, the several heating ways of solar energy have been studied and obtained the best way of solar heat collecting. Secondly, taking the 600 MW unit as an example, the mode of integration of solar thermal field and coal fired power unit was researched and analyzed. And emphatically analyzed solar heat collecting field and coal-fired units regenerative system integration approach. The results show, when the thermal field of solar and heat recovery systems at all levels of the heater in parallel, the option in which the whole first stage extraction steam is replaced by solar heat introduces the highest thermal efficiency and the lowest investment costs. The best coupled way to solar thermal field and the whole heat regenerative system integration were analyzed, and obtained when integrated with the whole of high-pressure heater system, its economy is the best; Finally, for the parabolic trough solar thermal power generation and 600 MW conventional coal-fired units combined power generation, respectively discusses the on system efficiency when the change of solar direct strength, optical efficiency, concentration ratio and heat transfer coefficient etc. Then the integrated way is obtained that introduces the highest system efficiency.
