This article takes Beijing Grass Bridge power plant gas-steam combined cycle unit control system as the research object, to make the study of modeling and simulation on the Siemens new SGTx-4000 F type gas turbine control system.First, this article carries on the overall analysis about the SGTx-4000 F type gas turbine and SPPA-T3000 control system, then makes detailed research on the control principle and function of the load control, speed up control, IGV control and so on. After then the mechanism of control system is illustrated and the main program module: SGC and STEP are analyzed. According to the existing theoretical basis, clarifies the design idea of main controller algorithm module and the logical relationship between input and output, then makes the controller algorithm compiled and warehoused, to form a complete set of algorithms library of Anysimu simulation support system. Finally, using these controller algorithm modules, and basing on the existing data, makes up a set of complete gas turbine control logic in Anysimu system. According to the startup process, the control system in the process of start is analyzed one by one, each startup phase corresponds to different controllers, the controllers’ switching also represents the condition’ s change to a certain extent.Based on the actual operation data we can see PI control exist some deficiencies in the process of complex system like gas turbine. This article takes the Outlet Temperature Calculated controller as an optimization object, introduces fuzzy control links on the PI control, which optimized the parameters setting of the process. As can be seen from the control effect of simulation results, compared with a single PI controller, the optimized fuzzy PI controller can effectively reduce the overshoot, and the curve is also becoming more gentle, what is more,it also has advantages of strong real-time performance and good robustness, which achieves the purpose of improving the control effect.Based on the modeling and simulation of Siemens SGTx-4000 F gas turbine control system, successfully completed the simulator debugging phase project and also laid a good foundation for the further simulation research on the gas turbine control system.
