First introduced related theories about value chain and cost analysis including the meaning, classification and development process of value chain, cost analysis method meaning, and analysis process based on the value chain. Then introduce traditional cost management and impact factors, pointing out the advantages of cost analysis process based on analysis the value chain of thermal power plants. Then building cost analysis hierarchical model through the index screening, finally paper analyze value chain including internal value chain and external upstream and downstream value chain based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, Finally, combined Taicang Power Company instance, puting forward recommendations optimization measures on cost control, which provides a reference for the study of thermal power plants cost management. |
