With China’s rapid economic development, more in the city, starting a large-scale construction of high-rise buildings and underground rail transportation, underground engineering development to the deeper part, with widespread demand for underground space excavation people, has inevitably dig deeper, this point from the construction data of some large construction has been fully reflected, therefore said the foundation pit engineering technology also needs to keep pace with the times, to explore new methods and new technology research. In the engineering of foundation pit, foundation pit retaining traditional way already could not meet the needs of modern construction, and shaped steel and cement soil wall foundation pit bracing technology continuously, because of the wall stiffness, good sealing performance, strong ability to control deformation, and less with better environmental performance generated waste, more broad application prospects will.Firstly, continuous wall of soil cement steel material properties were analyzed for performance composite structures to provide a theoretical basis for the analysis. Then the model test, a single H-beam combination of components, double-H member, and bending performance steel composite box-section steel composite members were studied. Using ABAQUS software component model test each combination of numerical simulation and analysis of the results obtained are compared with the results of model tests to verify the reliability of the model test results.Finally, when the overall stability of the composite structure and the combination of the two flexural properties of bending steel structure work in the previous phases of the theoretical analysis, the stiffness of the soil cement their own combination of structural rigidity of the contribution of the formula as well as in soil and water pressure the critical moment is calculated under the action of steel when overall instability.Through this research, mainly in the following achievements:(1)Performance is affected by the nature of soil cement itself undisturbed soil, cement ratio, age and so on;(2)Cement soil itself is a certain rigidity, size of the composite structure and soil stiffness contribution of cement wall steel ratio related to the common situation in the project, including as a result of the higher rate of steel, cement and soil small stiffness itself, this contribution is very small,it can be negligibled;(3)Since the effective restraints on steel cement soil, preventing the lateral and torsional steel, increased carrying capacity of steel;(4)Proposes a model test box-section steel, due to good box-section steel itself stability constraints reduce the dependence of soil cement, even in the case of steel cement soil can not produce effective constraint so that the combined structure the box-section steel instability will not occur;For box-section steel presented in this paper, due at the end of excavation to be carried out to remove the steel recycling, the current research on the box-section steel pull-out method and apparatus is also inadequate, these need to do next to further consideration.
