Now the building energy-saving is a hot issue for the world, and it is also attracted attention mostly in China. The central air-conditioning system as the big one of energy consumption in buildings, since then Air-conditioning unit is a key point and shortcut for the energy-cutting in building, and the latter consumption have a dominant status, so giving more resources on studying the water cycle systems and learning what the consume come from or how to do with it is significant for our energy-saving. Actually, there we often encountered the phenomenon that some rooms of the air-conditioning projects were overcool, but the others hot, that result came from what we called "The hydraulic-imbalancment", nevertheless the pumping system’ unresonable selection and the wrong pipe resistance caused "The hydraulic-imbalancment".In this paper, a central air-conditioning system project, in Hefei Anhui, were studied. Basing on the key point of "The hydraulic-imbalancment", energy consumption and hydraulic conditions about the air-conditioning system of this project were analysised. First, with the help of the DeST software, the thesis had simulated the air-conditioning cooling load, and calculated energy consumption of the cold water assembly, the chilling water pumps, the cooling water pumps in the air-conditioning water system, the results showed us that the cold water assembly occupied the more percentage 76.52%, the rest was shared by the conveying system,such as the chilling water pumps and the cooling water pumps. Second, in order to study the relationship the construction load value, the chilling water temperature with energy consumption in the air-conditioning, there had established the mathematical model of the chilling water system, and according to the Matlab simulink module, we setted up the chilling water simulation system. The results showed that when the chilled water temperature is 8.2 ℃, the building’s load is 1330 KW, and the power consumption of the air-conditioning system is 180 KW. Finally, basing on the "network-graph theory", the paper had studied the hydraulic imbalance of this project, there we had established a network diagram to calculate the flow at the end units of the air-conditioning system, and analysised the reasons why "The hydraulic-imbalancment" would emerse in the ai-conditioning system; Also the paper had investigated the end of the flow rate of the end pipe units when the units were arranged by adoptted "the same branch pipes" model and "the different branches pipes" model respectively, the results show that when a long branch piped were selected, "the same branch pipes" model will be reasonable for the hydraulic balancing.
