In addition, the significant characteristics of power construction project are big investment, long construction period, significantly impact on the national economy. Therefore, it is very important for the construction of the power transmission and transformation project to make the realistic comprehensive evaluation about the investment, the construction and the surrounding. The comprehensive evaluation for the construction of power transmission project is to ensure that the projection can accomplish in time, is also the premise of the project construction quality and have a great significance of the development of the power.In this paper, the New Xilinhot 110 KV transmission project is taken as an example to make a comprehensive evaluation of its feasibility.The paper first introduces the time background of the selected topic and the significance of the topic, and the basic theoretical knowledge of the power grid construction projects is explained. The project feasibility is analyzed and the relevant conclusions are got. Secondly, the profile of New Xilinhot 110 KV power transmission project is analyzed, at the same time, based on grid construction project feasibility and studies and evaluation theory, analyze the feasibility of New Xilinhot 110 KV power transmission system. The article also constructs project feasibility comprehensive evaluation system based on the actual situation New Xilinhot 110 KV power transmission project. This paper focuses on the construction plan of the project feasibility analysis, and designs range from several aspects, such as the various parts of the project. According to the above analysis and the feasibility of investment project, economic evaluation of the project is estimated. Finally, the paper uses the comprehensive evaluation method of AHP and fuzzy to construct the feasibility index system of the project and evaluate the feasibility of New Xilinhot 110 KV power transmission project, the comprehensive evaluation results of the transmission project show that the project is feasible. In this article, the feasibility of the project is verified through the whole project establishment. |
