Abstract/Summary:
A large range of electric railway construction, ease the tension of coaltransport capacity at the same time, but also the impact on the power system of Inner Mongolia area. Electric iron load amplitude change of special rectification load is large and frequent, they generate lots of harmonics and negative sequence current,voltage fluctuation caused by the access point grid,the influence of bus voltage quality. Causing power equipment damage, protection and automatic devicemalfunction, interference of communication system,can not correctly measure the electrical degree etc.To ensure the reliability of the normal operation of the electric iron and thenecessity of maintaining a safe and stable operation of power grid based on the research of electrified railway on power grid,effect of comprehensive management has become an important subject. Electric iron load research belongs to the emerging topic, research of electriciron overload the impact on power grids in the country has not yet carried outa large-scale study. Electric iron mass, is not fixed and the impact of large characteristic seriously affect the safe and stable operation of power grid, after a study found thatinfluence of electrified railway load on the network mainly focus on the impacton power quality indices, to solve the harmonic influence effect, negative sequence current, low power factor and large voltage fluctuations become key. The subject of the use of ETAP analysis and evaluation system, remote online monitoring and on-site testing technology means to not put into operation and has been put into operation of electrified railway load are comprehensively analyzed and studied on the governance and the promotion and the application in the West Inner Mongolia power grid.Project study on the influence of electrified railway on Inner Mongolia power grid comprehensive governance covers electrified railway quality analysisevaluation research, on-site power research and analysis of the electrified railway load power quality remote online monitoring system research projectquality testing load access power, the project is a set of electrified railway load power the quality of data pre evaluation calculation analysis, real-time measurement and analysis, online monitoring event recording,comprehensive statistical analysis in one of the studies on the influence of the electric power grid railway load analysis and management platform, can analyze the electrified railway load zero to fifty harmonic, three-phase voltage and current unbalance, voltage deviation, frequency deviation, voltage thezero sequence current, the positive sequence, negative sequence component, the phase angle, voltage fluctuation and flicker(Pst, Plt) and other indexes of power quality data. According to the ETAP analysis and evaluation system, remote online monitoring and on-site testing technology three technical means to get every problem of iron power, in order to find the most suitable treatment plan. Reduce the impact on the grid electric iron to maximum extent, guarantee the safe and stable operation of power grid.
