Residual current protection device is the life assurance devices of power users’ safety, it has played a significant role to prevent electric shock accidents and electric leakage fire accidents However, the residual current protection device action mechanism and human body electric shock current has no direct relationship, when environmental conditions changed, the residual current protection device often began to malfunction, it is difficult to meet the requirement of national standard and the rate of operation reliability. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new kind of residual current protection device which is based on the human-body’s electric shock current. In this paper, through the construction of physical shock experiment platform, got the animal shock signal, related research work to carry out the analysis spectrum characteristics of residual current signal and extraction of signal, for the future work of rapid identification and effective separation, provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of new type of residual current protective device. The main contents are as follows:(1) Building a single-phase and a three-phase electric shock physics experimental platform, In a different way, shock environment, occasions as a condition to imitate human shock process, get biological shock data signals, establish the electric shock database, and optimize the electric shock test platform which depend on the test parameters were collected, achieve optimal parameter configuration platform.of the trial.(2) According to the characteristics of interference signals, use filtering method based on wavelet transform, and through this method filter the needless harmonic signal and interference signal in the signal for accurate analysis of spectrum characteristics of late.(3) Using the method of fast Fourier (FFT) and probability statistics to analysis of spectral characteristics of the electric shock signal, and analysis of the impact of external factors such as humidity etc to electric shock signal. On the basis of spectral analysis.researching on rapid extraction method of spectral components based on principal component analysis(PCA).(4) Propoing electric shock signal extraction method that based on least squares method, obtain the mathematical model of the extraction of electric current from the remaining current signal.
