With the integration of large-scale wind power and construction of 8 giga-watt wind power bases in China, uncertain factors have been introducing into power grid, which brings new challenges to the traditional methods for grid planning. How to properly consider the impact of uncertainty and correlation of wind power and establish the evaluation index system of large-scale network planning is the very important issue. Based on such backgrouds, the primary contents and original contributions of this dissertation are as follows:Considering the main factors affecting stochastic characteristic of wind power, probabilistic production model of multiple wind farms is developed.And the inverse Nataf transformation is adopted to set up the model of correlation of wind speed, which lay the foundation for the subsequent network planning content.The influence of correlation of wind speed on grid planning is studied based on the probabilistic power flow and chance constrained programming obtained from cumulants. Considering uncertain factors, the multi-objective planning model contained wind power plant is built after taking into accounts of econonmy, network load balancing and environmental effects. An improved NSGA-II algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization. And the dynamic adjustment strategy of control parameter is adopted in the proposed algorithm, which enhance the global optimal searching capability. At last, the optimal solution is obtained by the TOPSIS(technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution) based on the entropy. The proposed model and algorithm are proved by the case studies. The research results show that wind velocity correlation has important influence to the target, considering the wind speed can make a more accurate description of the influence from wind power to power system, which will be more reasonable to guide the power grid planning.To solve the problem above, this paper does research on comprehensive hierarchy and method on evaluation of distribution network planning. Then propose some new index that should be taken into account in planning when large-scale wind power integration. Applying hierarchical structure, build the evaluation hierarchy of planning. At last, based on analytic hierarchy process, studied collocation method of planning evaluation system, Providing scientific basis for power grid planning and investment decisions.
