With the gradual expansion of the grid-scale energy supply and users are increasingly demanding high-quality, safe operation of power grid equipment is the prerequisite and basis for the protection of the normal operation of the power grid, for ensuring the safe operation of the entire power system, protecting economic power enterprises play a key role. But during electrical equipment operation, due to a variety of internal, external factors combined effect a variety of failure, if the equipment failure, the safe and reliable operation of the grid will appear great inconvenience. While in the process of equipment operation, to on-line monitoring of the state of the equipment, then according to the result of monitoring early warning, the arrangement of the reasonable equipment troubleshooting, can effectively guarantee the service life of the main transformer, and ensure healthy operation of the equipment.This paper first analyses the early warning for transformer, compared a variety of maintenance modes, the results show that the state overhaul is a better choice than the level of preventive maintenance. Secondly, analyzes the big data technology application in the electric power equipment condition monitoring, combined the technology of substation equipment condition assessment early warning to the existing foundation of data processing is introduced in detail. The paper mainly introduced the condition monitoring and early warning method in power equipment; researched the big data quality improvement in transformer early warning technology; used the regression algorithm and clustering algorithm to build the early warning model, in the form of interface display reflects the accuracy of the early warning model. The paper introduces the application of transformer monitoring and early warning technology, through the established system architecture diagram and system showed the aspects such as the configuration of the monitoring and early warning system, and the establishment of a visual display interface, intuitive observation for the aspects of people to the equipment of all kinds of information. The establishment of the monitoring and early warning system for early warning technology effectively improve the transformer.In this paper, the monitoring and early warning model can be effective for transformer condition monitoring and early warning, quickly and accurately reflect the running status of equipment, thereby facilitating guidance equipment maintenance strategy, provides strong support for the establishment of the transformer monitoring and early warning system.
