Nowadays, the trend of the Wind-PV-Battery Hybrid Technology requires a large scale combination, a high concentration, and long distance. The research contents of electric generation by new energy are focus on the running control, capacity configuration optimizing, and economic management.However, there are few evaluation systems to analyze the economy of the schemes comprehensively. This article is mainly on the basis of the issue "Research and Implementation on economic evaluation of Wind-PV-Battery Units Operation" analyzing the running and maintaining economic assessment, establishing a relative comprehensive system on the evaluation of the economic parameters of the hybrid technology.We start from the basic theoretical research, and establish a model of the hybrid electricity generation. And then we set up an economic measurements system considering the tech-economy, financial benefits and society benefits. A combined method of subjective and objective is used to build up the comprehensive model. Then on the basis of the relating theory, we realize an economic evaluation system on the basis of J2EE architecture, completing the dynamic simulation of power generation units and analyzing the capacity ratio of different scheme on arranging generator units in the new hybrid model.Through the application example’s demonstration, our Economic Evaluation System can take the advantage of information technology. According to the operation characteristic of Wind-PV-Battery hybrid technology, this paper provides the economic assessment model of large scale generation unit.With the scientific evaluation process and a variety of charts, our system makes the data more intuitive and comparative, and provides decision supports for the researchers.
