With the development of the smart grid technology, communication technologies and automatics are all used in distribution area, which Continuously improves the level of distribution network. But in the face of the rapid growth of electricity demand and high reliability power supply requirements of customers, Compared with the international advanced distribution network, the domestic distribution network development, construction, operation and management is still a big gap. Especially a network construction and optimization is the basis for reliable operation of power distribution network, therefore, based on learning the advanced experience at home and abroad, we can research on "double power source, double line, double access" wiring "three double" distribution network structure, and we use the high reliable connection mode of distribution network in the core area.Firstly, the "three double" terminal distribution network protection control scheme of the system and some key techniques are introduced in the thesis. It combines the the "three double" connection mode with the intelligent distribution network protection control system, which promotes the development of distribution networks to a more advanced stage of informatization, digitization and automation, and achieves high reliability of smart distribution network.Secondly, combined with the the power distribution production process and distribution scheduling rules, the "three double" transformation of the distribution network flow and operating mode is analyzed in detail. Moreover, we can imagine the expected effect of "three double" distribution network after the completion of the construction. We put forward the corresponding solution for the problem of transformation, operation and shock produced in the process, then we formulate the overall reconstruction project.Finally, The "three double" typical connection modes are introduced in detail in the application of regional core of Gongshu District Hangzhou City. Furthermore, for the difficulties of "three double" the actual distribution network reconstruction and operation process, we discuss it and give the relevant solutions. After several years of operation to prove:"Three double" connection mode of typical distribution network can achieve self-healing function, it also can achieve automation, distribution management, equipment management function based on GIS, in order to significantly improve the distribution network reliability. |
