With the expectation of wind power continues to heat up, as well as the rapid growth of wind power, making products manufacturing industry in full swing, but the wind turbine site monitoring and management level is far behind the level of development of its manufacturing, and due to the special wind turbine operating environment, but also the incidence of wind farms has led to equipment failure high. The frequent failure to run not only greatly reduces the efficiency of production of wind turbines and wind farms and network security, and adversely affect the stability of the grid, and wind speed and direction instability severely limit the wind power grid nature, makes it difficult to develop and implement plans for generating accurate wind farm management level also makes a major failure to keep up with frequent accidents, resulting in significant economic losses, and therefore guarantee the security and stability of wind turbines and efficient operation of the wind power industry to become the pursuit of efficiency a precondition of development, but also on the development of state security monitoring operation of wind turbines as well as rational and efficient maintenance plan and choose a higher requirement. In response to these problems, this paper wind turbine equipment for the study, carried out the following work(1) Wind turbines RCM analysisRCM analysis process are briefly introduced, in this process, according to the working principle of the equipment and their respective function to functional division of each part, then on this basis, the various system historical operation data and collecting results and related documents, and obtained the fault severity level of each system, the failure time, and its corresponding FMECA table, by these three data comprehensive comparison, identify important equipment. According to the failure data of each important equipment, through the maximum likelihood function estimation method, obtain the corresponding Weibull distribution, and then according to each part of the series parallel relationship, to get the reliability of the whole machine, to estimate the life of the above mentioned in the present stage.(2) Wind turbines maintenance strategy analysis and decision-makingIn front of the wind turbine maintenance decision, first of all introduces the existing wind power plant maintenance strategy and scheme. Then equipment importance by using the method of variable weight evaluation, and using the variable weight comprehensive risk evaluation of equipment failure, and is based on decision making for equipment maintenance plan.(3) Preventive MaintenanceEstablish preventive maintenance in the interval.Based on equipment reliability, the replacement cycle of equipment and gear box of wear test cycle to make decisions, to establish the appropriate change and wear monitoring cycle.To comprehensive consideration of common preventive maintenance parts maintenance cycle, and carries on the decision-making.
