On the basis of detailed investigation in the process and control level of the combined heat and power plants’ mother pipe boiler,each control loop’s controlled objects’ characteristics of the boiler4#,boiler5#,and boiler6#has been re-searched.Then the math model of them are built,GPC is used to realize the control of the three boilers’ key loops(including the latest application of SCR denitration loop).The control quality of each key loop has been improved a lot,and the emission of NOx has been reduced,the usage of ammonium hydroxide also has been saved much,economic and social benefits a lot.Further more, on the basis of the research on mother pipe boiler’s load coordinated control,a set of distributing strategy has been given out.What’s more,due to the implement of boiler combustion optimization,the energy saving effect is remarkable.The main tasks and innovations are as follows:(1) Design and realize advanced control and optimization system of the mother pipe boiler, the system communicates with the boiler DCS via double network cards. Develop data communication module, data real-time trend module, and advanced control operation module,accomplish the two-way data communication via the OPC technology.In the meantime,design and realize the switching logic between advanced control system platform with the DCS system and the configuration modification screens on DCS.(2) Put forward and implement a kind of bilateral gained scheduling GPC (Gen-eralized Predictive Control), which is effectively applied to furnace press circuit and oxygen content circuit, solving the problems of unsynchronized control and disturb-ance of double-side blower.(3) With regard to the singularity of control means after reforming denitration circuit of SCR in the thermal power plant, and the condition that Nitrogen oxides cannot get effective control, which are frequently close to the threshold or some-times exceed the maximum, GPC has been designed and applied into the denitration cir-cuit,and the good control effects have been achieved.(4) With regard to the characteristic of the mother pipe press, a set of load distri-bution scheme through the investigation of the field conditions has been given out.It’s expected to be applied in the field. (5)Give the implement of boiler combustion optimization,the energy saving ef-fect is remarkable.
