| ABSTRACT:Organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells have attracted intensive attention due to their simple preparation process, high conversion efficiency and lower costs, and "Science" have selected it as one of the top ten scientific breakthroughs of2013.This thesisr focuses on improving the performance of the organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells by using SEM, UPS, and â… -â…¤ tests.â‘ Optimizing the eficiency of cells to13.8%by using the spin coating methods.â‘¡Liquid Gas-assisted active layer:by controlling the two-step annealing time and annealing temperature, the surface morphology of the active layer can be improved and the device performance is enhanced. The best annealing temperature and annealing time are130℃and150min, respectively.â‘¢The dense TiO2Modified Modified Layers were fabricated by using the sol-gel method, titanium alkoxide hydrolysis and TiC14vapor phase hydrolysis. The conditions for each kind were optimized. The comparison of the three processes implies that the gas phase hydrolysis of titanium alkoxide can provide the best dense TiO2modified layer. At the same time, the best spining rate and annealing time are2000r.p.m and550℃.â‘£Device efficiencies can be improved by changing the rate of spin-coated porous TiO2and storage environment oxygen heating), The optimal rate of spin coating is3000r.pm, at70℃under nitrogen.. |
