| Over time, especially in the information age, the electric power plays increasingly huge impact in human society. Not only production and scientific research rely on electricity, people’s daily life, work, various activities are also dependent on electricity. So the guarantee work of the electric power becomes particularly important. Meanwhile the substation is an important unit of the electric power system, and inspecting the electricity equipment is an essential way to protect the electrical equipment working properly. Currently domestic substation inspection is usually carried out by inspection stuffs by means of paper and pen. With the expansion of substations in the number and scale, the inspect environment has become more complicated and the traditional inspection way has been facing a series of problems. Electric power inspection mobile work platform can improve inspection efficiency and assure inspection quality. It realized electronic, informational and standard inspection. A closed loop was formed from planning, execution to complete confirmation for inspection stuffs so that omissions and errors can be reduced during this process. Substation equipments then can keep operating safely, stably and efficiently in a long time.Electric power inspection mobile work platform is a cooperation project of Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Electric Power Research Institute, including an Android based mobile application and a Web based management platform. Inspection stuffs are the users of mobile application. Handheld pads loaded with the mobile application are used to carry out inspection, inspection application, and other daily work. Administrators are the users of Web management platform, and engaged in the management of inspection plan, inspection result, inspection flow and other resource. The author fully took part in the requirements analysis, architecture design, database design and interface design of this project, and during the implementation phase the author finished two modules (inspection plan management module and inspect flow management module) of the management platform and all modules of the mobile application, containing initialization module, inspection module, inspection application module, weather information module, and location module.Currently, the development and deployment of the first phase of the work platform has been completed, and users have put forward a number of new features and optimization requirements. The second phase iterative development is in progress. |
