Tificial dig-hole pile and bored piles are commonly used in construction of the two kinds of pile type. when the thickness of the larger Soft plastic clay or flow model of soft soil layers into a hole, it often needs to adopt the steel liners for the pore forming support, and stay inside piles during concrete pouring. To date, there is little reports of steel liners stability bearing capacity of the systemic research, projects are often based on experience to estimate and judge liners of the steel plate thickness, thus the liners may exist safe hidden trouble or the material waste.In the analysis of the influence factors of influence the stable bearing capacity of the steel liners (thickness to diameter ratio, calculation length, artifacts, buried depth, ovality and steel thickness deviation, etc.), This paper is analyzed by means of large finite element software ANSYS, considering material and geometric nonlinear, the only pressure bar element Linkl80simulation breast wall of steel liners, the influence of the surrounding soil using solid186simulation steel liners, the stability bearing capacity of the steel liners for the large number of numerical simulation research, the main research contents and results are as follows:1. Using the method of literature investigation, the stability bearing capacity of cylinder components expounds the research status, On, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the stable bearing capacity of the steel liners and finishing. On stress and strain distribution of steel liners artifacts the state has carried on the theoretical analysis and deduction, combination with the engineering actual situation, determine the unit type, numerical simulation and related basic parameters of the constitutive model.2. On the basis of considering geometrical and material dual nonlinear, based on the Winkler foundation model, the author using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS parametric design language APDL in secondary development, considering soil-steel liners interaction between the object of study of numerical analysis model.3. Respectively, in view of the factors influence the stable bearing capacity of the steel liners-thickness to diameter ratio, calculation length, artifacts, buried depth, ovality and steel thickness deviation, etc., to a large number of parametric analysis and research, with the aid of mathematical statistics tools, preliminarily determines the various factors and the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the stable bearing capacity. 4. Comprehensive analysis of various influencing factors on the influence degree of the stable bearing capacity, and gives a preliminary.the expressions for calculating the bearing capacity of steel protecting tube stability, and gives the various circumstances of steel tube thickness selection of steel plate list, can be used for reference in the engineering practice.
