To maintain the satellite work needs a stable energy supply, and the energy for the entiresatellite is supplied by the solar cell array. The solar cell array is not indecomposable basiccomponents, and the most basic parts of the solar cell array is the solar cell. If solar cell isdamaged, it is likely to affect battery array output effect, thus affecting the operation of thesatellite and its work.From the above, we need to detect the solar cell as soon as possible after it damages.Now the mainstream way to test is done by manual, crack detection of cell is visuallyinspected by staff with professional equipment, in this way, workload is very heavy, andobservation time, the judgement standards and physical fatigue degree of these factors willaffect the test results. It is for this reason, the battery crack detection equipment also emerge atthe right moment. With the rapid development of science and technology today, we have theability and the necessity to replace the testing process completed by manual with computersoftware system testing process, it will greatly save human resources.Digital image processing methods have been studied by many scholars at home andabroad, the purpose is to detect whether there is a crack on surface of various materials. Thisresearch upsurge, the best algorithms emerge endlessly. Although all kinds of algorithms tosolve the problem vary, the same purpose is to find crack in the image containing the noise onthe surface of the material and to locate its position.With the rapid development of science and technology today, the image detectiontechnology that we are concerned is also in constant innovation, a variety of highly intelligentsystem appear in our view, because of this, detection methods in all walks of life also presentthe use of detecting way of advanced science and technology gradually taking place oftraditional human judgment test, so on the premise of the cost of human resources greatlyreduced, also can avoid artificial omission or someone’s deliberate opportunism.It is in line with this idea, this paper studies the crack detection of solar cell. At the startof the first chapter of this paper focuses on the research background and its significance of thesolar cell array automatic test equipment, the research on the latest development of thetechnology at home and abroad, and the main content of the full text and organizational structure; The second chapter analysis requirement of functions of the solar cell arrayautomatic test equipment software, and expounds the design process to its overall; In the thirdchapter introduces the architecture of the system, gives the overall structure diagram, andinterprets the realization of each module such as the man-machine interface, automaticdetection, image processing, detection results processing, image collection; The fourth chapterfirstly introduces the software testing interface, and test the precision and sharpness of image,completes the detection device accuracy test and test results.Experiments show that the solar cell sheet automatic test equipment software designedand implemented in this paper can carry on the accurate positioning to the cracks in the image,and implementation of the system requirements is well done. Thus, the solar cell sheetautomatic test equipment software in this paper has good practical application value.
