Safety is the first task of production management in railway transportation,so in the driving operation,traffic officers must maintain a high degree of attention.In order to achieve this goal, we must ensure that the traffic officers have enough rest time,also,we should monitor and assess the sleep condition to make a scientific attendance system.At present,the railway sector has made a perfect rest system before work and did a good implementation and management.However,the monitoring of traffic officers’ sleep state in independent space is lack of scientific means,and objective evaluation,so that we can not impose effective safety management.If we adopt traditional sleep monitoring system, it will affect the normal sleep of the traffic officers in turn because of the complex measuring methods and plenty of electrode patch.It can not be truly integrated into the life of our traffic officers to achieve the purpose of monitoring and supervision.In order to solve this problem, we design a set of low load sleep monitoring system in this paper.Based on no influence to the traffic officers’ sleep,the system can collect human vibration signal caused by heart beat and breathing.Then we can obtain the parameters of heart rate, respiratory rate and body movements by through the processing and mining of the signal.By using the coupling relationship between these parameters and sleep, we can complete the assessment of sleep condition.The main work includes:1.We design the circuit of sleep parameter acquisition.By learning the design ideas of the low load detection technology at home and abroad,we integrate the pressure sensitive cable sensor in the blanket to collect the signal with no load.We use the MCU as the processor to complete conversion and transmission of signal.In this part,we design the amplifier circuit, AD conversion circuit, MCU circuit etc.2. We design a signal analysis circuit. Based on embedded technology,we choose ARM chip as core processor in signal analysis. With the functional requirements of the system, we design the power supply circuit, memory circuit, network interface circuit etc.3.We do the research of the signal processing and feature extraction algorithm of wave.Based on various signal processing method,We use the Butterworth digital filter for signal denoising,and design the algorithm for feature extraction of wave to completed the calculation on heart rate, respiratory rate and body movement times.At last we perform a comparison experiment, and verify the reliability of the algorithm.4.We do the research of sleep staging algorithm.Based on the analysis on the characteristics of sleep staging,we design the sleep staging algorithm with fuzzy logic.Then through the experiment, we verify the correctness and the coincidence rate of the algorithm.
