ABSTRACT:In recent years, the railway construction scale continues to expand, new line construction and existing lines’revamping and expansion adjacent to the existing line of business are more and more. The construction of bored pile is a commonly used method, but the borehole excavation, foundation pit excavation and other construction process to adjacent existing business lines may cause risk of displacement of subgrade, subgrade stability decline, track irregularity. Seriously,it can caused business line safe accident and new line construction quality. So it is very important to research on influence of bored pile adjacent existing business lines subgrade.(1)This paper, in reference of lots of literature, systematically described the characteristics of bored pile construction, the risks during bored pile construction process to the adjacent existing business lines and research status of domestic and foreign for bored pile construction influence of adjacent existing business line. The basic theory and analysis method based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS simulation are summarized.(2)According to Jin Wen expansion renovation project, using on-site monitoring method to research business line subgrade’s horizontal displacements, subgrade settlement and subgrade soil pressure during drilling pile construction process. The results analysis found that the influence of bored piles in different stages of construction adjacent to existing business lines are different, the overall inlfuence of the adjacent existing business lines is according to the related specifications in a reasonable scope during the whole bored pile construction stage.(3)Through finite element calculation, the influences of construction of bored pile in each stage for the soil stress, strain and displacement are analysed. The results show that, bored pile construction process simulation analysis results compared to the actual are smaller, but the difference is small, the influence of bored pile construction process adjacent existing business lines is in safe range.(4)To reduce influence of bored pile construction for existing business lines subgrade, t safety control measures during bored pile construction are suggested.
