With global climate warming and the transformation of the urban and rural living environment, rural construction gradually eroded the superior natural ecological environment, and the carbon source of rural production and living increased, causing problems in many aspects, such as natural environment, ecological resources. Facing such changes, rural planning guidance based on the land in the construction of rural development need to pay more attention to low carbon concept. Base on full understanding and systematic analysis of related theory and practice in domestic and foreign rural low carbon research, low carbon land planning and the simulation analysis, this article selects Zhejiang mountainous country as the research object and provides low carbon type mountain village land planning simulation analysis method, which chooses the best low-carbon planning, guides the rural construction low carbon development by means of multidisciplinary fusion, quantitative evaluation and scene simulation of rural land use planning,This study constructs mountainous country carbon system assessment system first. With reference to the environment, agriculture, energy and other disciplines based on low carbon research, this article focuses on the relation between rural land and carbon sink, carbon source, mainly includes rural land and rural carbon source and carbon sink coefficient of two parts. Second, base on country low-carbon assessment result the article summarizes and analyzes the characteristic of the mountainous country carbon system, analyzes four influencing elements of population changing, industrial development, life style and traffic behavior, explores the mechanism of influence factors and main body behavior.Then, it constructs mountainous type low carbon rural land planning simulation analysis theory framework, and compares the changing under different situations during rural planning with application of carbon system assessment system. Simulation analysis framework including: analyzing rural variability, trend, low carbon instructive, and determining the rural low carbon targets; determining the rural residential environment and land use change under different scenarios, guiding scenario planning scheme and the determination of coefficient of carbon sink, carbon source; providing parametric measurement method; using software and programming to implement scenario comparison.Based on the theoretical framework, the article begins the empirical research of Jingwu village in Anji county, Zhejiang province. Base on measuring results and characteristics analysis of the rural status carbon system, by judging the low carbon targets, it guides low-carbon extreme scenario, low-carbon optimization scenario and development trend scenario scene dock village land use planning and calculating coefficients of carbon source. Then, it compares three scenarios project carbon system evaluation results, and determines the rural development path, low carbon optimization scenario as the short-term goal, low carbon extreme scenario as long-term goal. Finally, aiming at mountainous counties, it puts forward rural low carbonization development strategies, such as intensive land use, optimizing industrial pattern, improving the way of life, advocating the of low-carbon transport,.
