Modern warfare is a competition of high-precision cutting-edge technology.Not only it requires the soldiers have higher capability of individual combating, but also the weapons and the equipments freaky enemies. It means to improve the overall abilities of the ammunition,which is not only the precise strike against the enemy and the remote fire suppression,but also the efficient damage to targets and the information control to the target.With the deepening of the research,it is not enough to meet the accuracy and reliability requirements for the canard control and the pulse jet control.So it is imminent to put forward a new kind of controlling method.Head deflection control is a new control method.It changes the whole playing of the aerodynamic force and moment by the local deformation produced by the head deflection of the projectile,and then the other parameters will change with it,so as to control the trajectory and adjust the moving posture.In recent years,the head deflection correction projectile has been widely studied.Its advantages is as follow:1、The aerodynamic shape is relatively simple,so it is more compact.2、The control part is in front of the center of the mass,so it has high mobility.3、It increases the control area and the mobile ability,so as to improve the control efficiency of the projectile.4、This technology is based on the traditional projectile,then low cost and suitable to study seriously.Combined with the actual situation,the head deflection correction projectile becomes a research In this paper,firstly a new control structure is being proposed based on a rocket model,then highlights the piezoelectric actuators.The physical properties of piezoelectric material is also analyzed as well as the structure of piezoelectric ceramic actuator,the basic characteristics and the implementation principles.Afterwards the mesh division software GAMBIT is used for meshing the rocket model.Based on it,the mesh model is numerically simulated by the fluid dynamic software FLUENT.The aerodynamic characteristics are drawn in different cases when the flow angle of attack is0,2,4,6,8,the head deflection angle is0,2,4,6,8,and the flying speed is0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7Ma respectively,as well as the variation of the important parameters of the rocket such as the drag coefficient,the lift coefficient,the pitching moment and the lift-drag ratio.Secondly,based on the theory of exterior ballistics,the coordinates and the relationship between them are introduced in this paper.Then according to the aerodynamic theory and classical mechanics theory,the force and torque and their projection are described with mathematical language.By means of the principle of rigid body motion,the space motion of the rocket is analyzed at the same time.The rigid body trajectory model of six degree of freedom is constructed.Finally,the trajectory is calculated with the simulation software MATLAB.The flying trajectory of rocket is simulated in different conditions and then compared with each other.Ultimately the motion is identified.This study could provide the development and engineering application of the head deflection correction projectile technical support and theoretical basis.In the future,it will put an exclamation point on a new era of the weapon development.
