With the advance of science and technology and the height of the development of human society, human demand for all kinds of resources are growing, looking for new energy has become the new era’s most urgent task, solar energy as a new and inexhaustible green energy has the attention of people, photovoltaic power generation system is also more and more people know, however, at present most of the photovoltaic system is the direct interconnection will power inverter, thus there have electricity during the day and the night is no problem, so for a complete independent photovoltaic application system, how to put the excess energy storage will be a very important work.. In this paper, the management of the storage batteries of stand-alone pv systems, this paper selects the lithium battery as photovoltaic energy storage battery, this article from the photovoltaic maximum power tracking, lithium battery capacity prediction, charge and discharge control and protection of lithium-ion battery pack in photovoltaic system in the aspects of lithium battery research and discussion.Based on the analysis of the existing management techniques, combined with itself characteristic of lithium-ion battery pack, for the above problems are deeply studied and discussed. Mainly introduced this topic development background, research significance and current situation of the development of worldwide and conventional lithium battery management strategy, choose TI company’s TMS320LF2407DSP chip, pulse drive signals for control circuit of the power switch, at the same time, the system of each parameter in the processing was studied and designed for light volt array maximum power tracking straight, straight (pay) control circuit and the ability to make lithium battery charge and discharge circuit, and put forward this topic by using a mixture of EKF type lithium battery capacity prediction (SOC) algorithm, gives the implementation array MPPT, lithium battery capacity prediction, charge and discharge control management strategyThis paper designed the hardware realization of each module of the circuit, including relay switch driving circuit, voltage, and temperature acquisition circuit, DSP peripheral circuit, etc., and expounds the function and working principle of each module, photovoltaic system can effectively solve the problems brought by the lithium battery management. Last the paper draw the subject in the need to control flow chart of software realization of each module, and briefly expounds the software realization of each part of controlling thought to solve the feasibility of the realization of software system.
