Electric vehicle’s energy problem has been the pursuit of energy conservation and environmental protection in China and relieve the strain on resources need to be addressed by the problem. Through the tireless efforts of a large number of researchers, electric cars, the main engine components from the early lead battery development in the current widespread use of lithium battery. At present, the development of lithium battery materials and process is relatively slow, and in the bottleneck of battery development period. Therefore, the research and development to give full play to the performance of lithium-ion batteries battery management system for the use of electric cars, has the vital significance. Now, the researchers in the study of battery management system, mostly using Ann method, this algorithm to lithium battery state of charge estimation, this algorithm is more extensive, cannot effectively accurately grasp the real-time status of the battery. For carrying on the power car battery, real-time grasp the degree of the battery can improve the battery life, efficiency, and loss.This paper mainly analyses the currently adopted by main power battery of electric vehicle charged state estimation techniques and battery voltage balance control strategy; Charged to commonly used lithium battery management system of state estimation technology has carried on the comparative analysis, this paper proposes a new charged based on DRNN neural network calculation method, and the battery status simulation experiment; In view of the inconsistency between lithium battery monomer battery, choose the outer voltage control strategy as the voltage balance control strategy of this article; Finished the power management system in use TMS320F2812hardware module and peripheral circuit design, on the basis of using the new chip LTC6802chip as electrical plate pool management; The modular design, the software of the system for power management system is decomposed into a total fractional structure; Way using the CAN bus in the means of communication, and the parallel hardware and software anti-interference measures, ensure the stability of the system. Finally, the power management system is the important part in simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed. The development of the system, to ensure the electric car of the lithium battery performance is always in a good running state, playing its biggest role.
