Abstract/Summary:
With the development of times and the progress of science and technology, worlddemand for electricity is growing. And the low efficiency of traditional thermal power leadto great waste of low temperature waste heat, and thus organic Rankine’s cycle powergeneration technology has been widely concerned. This technology has the advantage ofenergy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, simple structure, easy toimplement.In this paper, the principle of low temperature waste heat power generation systemhas carried on the detailed introduction, and detailed analysis of the core components usedin the system. Set up the experimental platform of low temperature waste heat powergeneration system, and analysis of experimental data record. This article main researchcontent is as follows:(1) Introduce the principle of low temperature waste heat organic Rankine’s cyclepower generation, and the thermodynamic analysis; Used for organic Rankine’s cycleworking medium R600a properties is analyzed; For low temperature waste heat powergeneration system is core component of vortex expander and the permanent magnetsynchronous generator has carried on the detailed research and introduction. Discuss bothof the working principle, working characteristic and analysis mathematical model, and thevariable on its operating characteristics.(2) Introduce the vector control method of the permanent magnet synchronousgenerator. Studied in permanent magnet synchronous generator output concatenatedperceptual reactor to control the torque control strategy; USES hysteresis current controlmethod combining matrix converter with permanent magnet synchronous generator, inorder to achieve the purpose of the vector control of permanent magnet synchronousgenerator. Using Simulink to build matrix converter, the vector control of permanentmagnet synchronous generator model, the simulation proves that the system can speed,output power and torque of the generator under effective control, to improve systemresponse quickness to get by.(3) In the current hysteresis control strategy is adopted to on the basis of the vectorcontrol of permanent magnet synchronous generator to improve the strategy research,betterto reduce the influence of harmonic,and more reasonable full use of three-phase input voltage,make its in a cycle are involved in modulating,effectively improve currentwaveform.(4) Set up low temperature waste heat organic Rankine’s cycle power generationsystem experimental platform, through the factory quality mass flow speed and the outputcurrent, permanent magnet synchronous generator voltage, the pressure before and afterthe scroll expander, such as data collection and analysis, discuss the effects ofexperimental parameters on the generator output power.
